Happy new year! Can you believe it's 2008? And can you believe that in just a few days time Impact will have it's first anniversary? It's been a whirlwind twelve months topped off with the Impact Christmas party in December. I hope that all who were able to attend had fun and went home a little fuller and just a little more merry than they were on arrival.

We achieved so much in 2007 adding to our wealth of experience with programmes in the health care sectors through FMCG and even international programmes in California. Our thanks to our clients as always for their continued support and repeat business, we hope that we can keep delivering to our traditional high standards in the year to come. We never lose sight of the fact that none of the programmes could be delivered were it not for our agents who have been thoroughly reliable and cheerful all year.

Special thanks go to SR for her exceptional calling for some of our larger and more pressing programmes, to KCS for his cheerful tour de Britain in search of the perfect video footage and to PB for scouring the retail outlets of the UK for that illusive product.

To Mark Shaw of 1call.biz our special thanks for including us in the 10 Steps to a Successful business campaign, it was a privilege to be invited to contribute and to all of our covert agents involved in some of the more "extreme" programmes, thank you for your patience and good humour in the face of customer service adversity.

2008 holds some seriously exciting stuff for us as a team, agents and clients alike. In some ways, we hope that it doesn't fly by quite as quickly as 07 as we'd like to be able to step back to enjoy and appreciate it all a bit more. We'd like to think it's a year that we'll be sharing with you one way or another.
