Summertime
at the Impact Mystery Shopping offices began as a very wet
affair, however we are all smiling through the damp
weather. We’ve
certainly been doing some diverse projects over the spring
with new charity clients, more strings to our hospitality
bow and of course our faithful regulars keeping us busy
month to month.
The
effects of the “spamming” con at the beginning of the
year seem to have died down at last.
In conjunction with the Trading Standards officers,
a number of constabularies and of course the cooperation
of agents old and new, we as a company have managed to
limit the damage to our agents.
However, it should be noticed that these scams are
“long cons” and the people perpetrating them did not
just target us. They
are using all sorts of companies in order to carry out
their insidious theft and so all should remain on alert.
Emmilynne
has been running a series of Mystery Shopping workshops
for local businesses and networking groups in the last
coming months. With
ecademy, the Business
League and other networking organisations, she has been
presenting to other business in sectors from Health and
Beauty to Law. The
presentations have been as basic as “what is Mystery
Shopping” to in depth Business Intelligence seminars.
The next is on July 10th in Barnstaple,
North Devon. For
more details contact the office.
Impact
Mystery Shopping Ltd have formed a strategic partnership
with Grapevine PR run by experienced PR professional
Melanie Betts. The
reason for this is that along with our partners in pure
market research and training, the public (or press)
relations aspect of your business can be highly influenced
and made more incisive by the use of robust data
discovered using mystery shopping.
Impact Mystery Shopping Ltd have also always stuck
to the things we are good at and making these
relationships with other organisations means that we can
continue to focus in that way.
Impact
Mystery Shopping Ltd is pleased to sponsor Kate McDougall,
one of our operation managers and her 7 year old sport
horse gelding Rainbow Roc in their competing season in
British Eventing. We
have all our bits crossed for the pair at their first
event at Nutwell Court this month.
So,
on we go with the summer.
We hope you and yours are all well and look forward
to working with you soon.
All
the best,
Emmilynne
and the team at Impact Mystery Shopping Ltd.
